Most Professional Bartender of The Year (2000), The
Most Knowledgeable Bartender of The Year in India
(2000) and such others. He is indeed one of India’s
first flair bartenders to be renowned all over India

He is

as he has a unique experience of having worked with
the most happening nightclubs in Mumbai. Also the
winner of Bacardi Martini Grand Pix 2006 along with
being the First Bartender to represent India in the
Bacardi Martini Grand Prix which took place in Italy
in the year 2007. Today he is successfully working
as an event manager with ‘Bar solutions’
and as a trainer with ‘ Cocktails and dreams’-

Despite his youthful good looks, Mukesh is a veteran bartender who has worked in various segments of Hospitality industry. From his humble beginning at a club Enigma while being an assistant bar back there he has risen to the heights of being headhunted by Cocktails & Dreams, Vijaypal Rawat and Kishore Thapar to impart flair training and perform at most exquisite events for them. His natural business sense, infectious sense of humor and positive outlook towards learning and teaching make him a perfect fit for his role today.

Ruturaj’s personality is indeed the perfect definition for simplicity, while being a genius in the bartending industry. He was also awarded the best student at the Nayang Institute of Management, Singapore where he completed his diploma in Hospitality Management this was soon after he had already achieved a first class Diploma in Catering Management from Hospitality Training Institute in India. Progressing academically he joined Cocktails and dreams – Mumbai to learn everything about bartending and successfully completed the Professional bartending course at the school.

"Meeting the deadlines is not good enough, beating the deadlines is my expectation" believes Elrico Fernandes. He has always pursued his goals even in the face of difficulties, and converted adversities into opportunities. High school saw Elrico involved in a variety of jobs such as catering, bartending and club membership promotions. He enrolled himself as a Food and Beverage service, full time student at IHM well known as Dadar Catering College in Mumbai.
